Assessment and evaluation is our foundation. Our team has conducted operational assessments and capability evaluations supporting U.S. Government programs in Somalia and Jordan — and now applies those same disciplined methodologies to state and local law enforcement agencies, sheriff's offices, and public safety organizations across the United States.
Through our partnership with TruKinetics, LEPCO has expanded into elite tactical training — SWAT/CQB, dignitary protection, high-threat environment operations, and firearms instruction. This capability is a natural extension of our team's operational background, not a departure from it. The same professionals who assess and evaluate organizations are now delivering the training that closes the gaps they find.
